______2. GENERAL TERMS
✦ I am able to refuse any commission at any point in time, please don't take offense to this.✦ I do not start a commission until I am paid in full, unless an agreement is otherwise worked out between me and the commissioner for large purchases (this does NOT apply to adopts, which are paid in full).✦ My commissions have no deadline for when they are due, since rushing results in a less than desired outcome. However! If a specific (realistic) deadline is requested for a commission, a fee of $20-50 USD will be applied to the commission (fee varies based on type of commission)✦ WIP's will be provided along the way, please be able to respond within a reasonable timeframe.✦ I do not imitate others’ art styles upon request.✦ Your commission is your responsibility after receiving it (please be sure to save the commission once it has been received, since I may not hold onto the original files later on)✦ I use deep/neon colors! I reserve the right to tweak your characters colors to suit my artistic expression/lighting
______3. AI
✦ I do NOT accept AI for references.✦ You are NOT allowed to use the art created for you for AI
______4. REFUNDS
✦ You will receive a full refund if I personally cancel the commission for any reason.✦ You are free to request a refund at any time, HOWEVER, if I have begun working on it I will issue a partial refund based on the work I've put into it.✦ Once a commission is past the lining stage I no longer offer refunds on the piece. PLEASE do not waste my time if you do not think you can wait for a piece to be completed.
______5. MISCELLANEOUS TERMS
✦ I only do commissions of characters that have visual refs. If you do not have one, I will have to charge +$35 for custom (you could make the most simple ref in the world to avoid this. Literally just scribble over a free base super quick so I can see the colors and markings)✦ I am NOT fond of shaded references for furry characters. It makes it incredibly hard to pinpoint what are markings/colors and what is just shading. Please keep this in mind and try to ensure your ref is flat colored or has an accurate/labeled color pallet
(P.S. to artists: please dont offer shaded refs without also including a flat version. PLEASE lol.)✦ Do NOT edit or alter my artwork without my explicit permission✦ Detailed characters/commission ideas will warrant an extra fee. The fee will vary based on level of detail✦ You may repost the work I have done for you! You paid for it, it's yours. I will never tell anyone they can't repost their commission as long as my signature remains. Do not crop my signature and do not alter/obscure the signature in any way.

✦ Feral genitals
(flexible for fantasy genitals)
✦ Micro/macro (size difference is fine, inquire if unsure)
✦ Hyper (there are exceptions to this, inquiry is okay)
✦ Mecha (this is purely due to my inexperience but I've been known to give it a shot if it's not overly complicated, inquiry is okay)
✦ Guns (again, due to my inexperience. There are great gun artists out there for you to find, I am unfortunately not one of them)

Tier 3 - Reference Sheets
starts at $500Basic packages comes with:
• Front & back view, bust portrait view, color palette, outfit, and optional name/information
• back view can be partial or full, this will depend entirely on your character. If they have massive tail/wings I will not be doing full backview
• Extra poses, views and outfit options are available with inquiry. If outfits are overcomplicated will charge extra.
• Each extra outfit view is +$100 USD
• Complex designs are extra, price can be discussed
• Completely custom/new designs are extra, price can be discussed
